Notice of initiation of administrative proceedings in the matter of timber felling, C. proceedings OUStef32 / 2021
In accordance with Section 82 (7) of Act No. 543/20052 Coll. On Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended, the municipality of Štefanová publishes information on the commencement of administrative proceedings for the granting of consent for the felling of woody plants. .

Justification : The trees prevent the planned construction of a family house and fencing. The trees are invasive, dangerous tilted and broken.
The administrative procedure begins with the delivery of the application on 17.02.2021
In case of interest, it is necessary to deliver to the address of the Municipal Office, 900 86 Stefanova, or by email : ou@stefanova.sk written confirmation to be a party to the proceedings in the said administrative proceedings by 5 days.
